When we first decided to build our home we were excited and worried at the same time.  Not knowing about the process and decisions in building a new home, we were unsure of where to start.  Meeting with Kennsington Lane (Gary & Christine), we knew we were in good hands and that they would make building our new home and enjoyable experience.  They were always open to questions and ideas.  They made us feel comfortable with a very personable and friendly atmosphere.  We not only got our wonderful home, we also gained 4 great friends.  Thanks again.

As this was our first home, we were completely clueless as to the process ahead.  Understanding this, Gary and Christine guided us through each step and answered any question we had.  They patiently worked with us to make the process as least stressful as possible, offering suggestion and advice along the way.  Thanks to Kennsington Lane Developments, building our first home was exciting and fun.  We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Although I was never apart of the building process with my house, I fell in love with it on first sight.  I was forced to move from my home because of divorce and was heartbroken having to find a new home to move myself and my boys to.   I spent that day looking at homes and finding they all were the same.  I was so bored and frustrated with the lack of design and style that suited me.  I wanted different.  I finally found it with my KLD home!  I was actually excited to be moving on and the new house represented my new life. 

Gary and Christine were fantastic during the purchase process.  Their excellent customer service and dedication to their homes made me feel I truly had become apart of a family of KLD home owners.  If you are one, you know the difference.
