Walk through with client, final inspections, clean new home and ducts.
Hand over the keys to you new home.

Select a plan, decide on a price and sign an agreement.
Line up financing, sign mortgage papers at lawyer, select exterior colors.
Walk through for an electrical layout, take a look at your framed home.
Select interior colors, tile, carpet, flooring, and lighting.
Plan for you move as a definite date is now established, get insurance in place.
Walk through before occupancy.
Take the keys to your new home.
